Penguin Bangla Subtitle ONE WORD IS KEERTHI SURESH PERFORMANCE…YES it’s her PERFORMANCE which is CONTENT of FILM…all other failed PATHETICALLY ….director really got confused focusing on which arena mother sentiment or a thriller movie….if u r expecting a thrilling experience then it is laughable play…climax is too worst and routine…..first 40 minutes is just playing around only few interesting scenes will be showcased… supporting characters RHYTHUM husbands first one as raghu did a decent job…
Penguin Bangla Subtitle The debutant director ‘Eashvar Karthic’ has penned this film in such a way that the audience are kept in the bay of guessing of what is this all about. It is tagged as a suspense drama, where the suspense would enthrall the viewer but the drama element might make one shrink face. Well, this kind of writing will work and stand out only if the screenplay is as engaging as the thriller element he tries to convey, carries till the end of the film but unfortunately the movie lags now and then which makes the whole movie look average. One instance which could have made this movie big was the Q&A session that happens moments before climax , but that didn’t turn out epic unfortunately. It was plain and even the context wasn’t executed properly, else it would have given some credit to the director and would be spoken by audience for days to come. Nevertheless, a good try by a debutant director to conceive something like this and attempt it. Hope for something better in the next movie.

Keerthy Suresh needs appreciation for holding the film right from the start. She has owned the film like how a commercial cinema hero does.
As a pregnant woman who in search of her lost kid for years and handling her life in the mix of trauma and happiness is no easy job to emote on screen. But, there were also moments where it was a bit vexing to see her showing numb expressions at places where she is trying unsolve the mystery by disobeying the words of her ppl. This may be a reflection of Mother’s unconditional love but practically it was not convincing and adds to those lag scenes mentioned before. May be they could have conceived a few scenes where it doesn’t make audience feel the agony of the scene but all said and done, it was adequate when the movie ended. Hope she raises high with more female centric films.
Other casts, relatively a couple of films old only has done what can they deliver and it added the needed flavours.
Cinematography was a good and BGM was decent and had the required elements to elevate the suspense scenes.
Overall, a decent attempt portraying the unconditional love of a mother but dampens on process. Could be watched once.

আত্মপ্রকাশকারী পরিচালক ‘ঈশ্বর কার্তিক’ এই ছবিটি এমনভাবে লিখেছেন যে দর্শকরা অনুমান করতে পারেন যে এটি কী। এটি একটি সাসপেন্স ড্রামা হিসাবে ট্যাগ করা হয়েছে, যেখানে সাসপেন্স দর্শককে মুগ্ধ করবে কিন্তু নাটকের উপাদানটি একটি সঙ্কুচিত মুখ করে তুলতে পারে। ঠিক আছে, এই ধরনের লেখা কাজ করবে এবং স্ট্যান্ড আউট হবে শুধুমাত্র যদি চিত্রনাট্যটি থ্রিলার উপাদানের মতো আকর্ষক হয় যা তিনি বোঝাতে চেষ্টা করেন, চলচ্চিত্রের শেষ পর্যন্ত বহন করে কিন্তু দুর্ভাগ্যবশত মুভিটি এখন এবং তারপরে পিছিয়ে যায় যা পুরো মুভিটিকে গড় দেখায়। একটি উদাহরণ যা এই মুভিটিকে বড় করে তুলতে পারে তা হল প্রশ্নোত্তর পর্ব যা ক্লাইম্যাক্সের কিছু মুহূর্ত আগে ঘটে, কিন্তু দুর্ভাগ্যবশত এটি মহাকাব্যে পরিণত হয়নি। এটি সরল ছিল এবং এমনকি প্রসঙ্গটি সঠিকভাবে কার্যকর করা হয়নি, অন্যথায় এটি পরিচালককে কিছু কৃতিত্ব দিত এবং আগামী দিনের জন্য দর্শকদের দ্বারা কথা বলা হত। তবুও, একজন নবাগত পরিচালকের একটি ভাল প্রচেষ্টা এইরকম কিছু ধারণা করা এবং এটি করার চেষ্টা করা। পরের সিনেমায় আরও ভালো কিছু আশা করছি।
শুরু থেকেই পেঙ্গুইন বাংলা সাবটাইটেল ছবিটি ধরে রাখার জন্য কীর্তি সুরেশের প্রশংসা দরকার। একজন কমার্শিয়াল সিনেমার নায়কের মতোই তিনি ছবিটির মালিক হয়েছেন।
একজন গর্ভবতী মহিলা হিসাবে যিনি বছরের পর বছর ধরে তার হারিয়ে যাওয়া বাচ্চার সন্ধান করছেন এবং ট্রমা এবং সুখের মিশ্রণে তার জীবন পরিচালনা করছেন পর্দায় আবেগ প্রকাশ করা সহজ কাজ নয়। কিন্তু, এমন কিছু মুহূর্তও ছিল যেখানে তিনি তার পিপিএলের কথা অমান্য করে রহস্যের সমাধান করার চেষ্টা করছেন এমন জায়গায় তাকে অসাড় অভিব্যক্তি দেখাতে দেখে কিছুটা বিরক্তিকর ছিল। এটি মায়ের নিঃশর্ত ভালবাসার প্রতিফলন হতে পারে তবে কার্যত এটি বিশ্বাসযোগ্য ছিল না এবং পূর্বে উল্লেখিত সেই ব্যবধানের দৃশ্যগুলিকে যোগ করে। হতে পারে তারা এমন কয়েকটি দৃশ্য কল্পনা করতে পারে যেখানে এটি দর্শকদের দৃশ্যের যন্ত্রণা অনুভব করতে পারে না তবে সমস্ত বলা এবং করা হয়েছে, সিনেমাটি শেষ হওয়ার পরে এটি যথেষ্ট ছিল। আশা করি তিনি আরও নারীকেন্দ্রিক চলচ্চিত্র দিয়ে উচ্চতা বাড়াবেন।
অন্যান্য কাস্ট, তুলনামূলকভাবে পুরানো কয়েকটি ফিল্ম কেবল তারা যা সরবরাহ করতে পারে তা করেছে এবং এটি প্রয়োজনীয় স্বাদ যুক্ত করেছে।
